Introduction
Fere fit (also written FereFit or Fere Fit) is a free smartwatch companion app developed by SHENZHEN ZHONGWEI INTELLIGENT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., Ltd. With over 5 million downloads on Google Play and availability on the Apple App Store, Fere fit connects your compatible smartwatch or smart band to your smartphone — providing comprehensive health tracking, sleep monitoring, vital-sign data, and smart notifications in one unified interface.
Designed for users of budget smartwatches and smart bracelets, Fere fit fills the gap left by closed ecosystems like Apple Watch and Galaxy Watch. If your smartwatch packaging says "download Fere fit," this is the official companion app for your device.
How Fere fit Works
Fere fit pairs with your compatible smartwatch via Bluetooth 4.0+. Once connected, the app continuously syncs health metrics from your wrist to your phone — steps, heart rate, sleep data, blood oxygen, and workout records. Data is displayed in clean daily and weekly dashboards so you can track your health trends over time.
The app also acts as a notification bridge: incoming calls, SMS messages, and social app alerts (WeChat, QQ, Facebook, Twitter) are forwarded from your phone to your watch so you stay connected without reaching for your phone.
Health & Fitness Tracking
Step Counting & Daily Activity
Fere fit records your daily step count, distance traveled, and calories burned. Set personal activity goals and monitor your progress with weekly summaries that reveal long-term trends.
Sleep Monitoring
The app analyzes sleep data captured by your wearable, showing total sleep duration and quality analysis. Use this data to identify patterns and make lifestyle adjustments for better rest.

Fere fit (also written FereFit or Fere Fit) is a free smartwatch companion app developed by SHENZHEN ZHONGWEI INTELLIGENT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., Ltd. It connects your compatible budget smartwatch or smart band to your smartphone via Bluetooth 4.0+, then serves as your health dashboard and device manager. Key functions include: recording daily steps, distance, and calories; analyzing sleep quality; real-time heart rate monitoring; blood oxygen (SpO₂) tracking on supported devices; blood pressure estimates; forwarding call, SMS, and social app notifications (WeChat, QQ, Facebook, Twitter) to your watch; alarm and reminder management; anti-lost alerts; remote camera shutter control; and weather display. The app is free on both Android (Google Play, 5M+ downloads) and iOS (App Store).
How do I connect Fere fit to my smartwatch?
To connect Fere fit to your watch: (1) Download Fere fit from Google Play (package: com.czw.freefit) or App Store (ID: 1481346033). (2) Enable Bluetooth on your phone and power on your smartwatch. (3) Open the Fere fit app and tap the device pairing section. (4) Select your watch from the scan results. (5) Confirm pairing on both devices. (6) Grant notification access permissions when prompted. Once connected, Fere fit will continuously sync health data and push notifications from your phone to your watch. Keep both devices within Bluetooth range (approximately 10 meters) for stable operation.
Why is Fere fit not working or not connecting to my watch?
Common Fere fit connection issues and fixes: (1) Bluetooth disabled — make sure Bluetooth is on. Force-close and reopen the app. (2) Device out of range — keep phone and watch within 1–2 meters during initial pairing. (3) Cache/data issue — go to phone Settings > Apps > Fere fit > Storage, clear cache and data, then relaunch. (4) iOS update conflict — after major iOS updates, remove the watch from both Fere fit and your phone's Bluetooth settings, then re-pair. (5) App out of date — update Fere fit from the Play Store or App Store. (6) Restart both devices — power off both phone and watch, restart, then try pairing again. If problems persist, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Which smartwatches are compatible with Fere fit?
Fere fit is designed for a wide range of third-party budget smartwatches and smart bands that list Fere fit as their companion app. Known compatible device families include: Zhongke Lanxun series, Jerry K11 series, WS-series watches (such as WS-X9 Ultra), and many other budget smartwatches sold under various brand names. The best way to confirm compatibility: check your watch's packaging or setup guide — if it shows a QR code pointing to Fere fit or mentions 'download Fere fit,' this app is the correct companion for your device. Note that Fere fit is not compatible with Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, or other brand-exclusive ecosystems.
Is the Fere fit app free?
Yes, Fere fit is free to download on both Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store). The app contains advertisements and offers optional in-app purchases. Core health tracking features — step counting, sleep monitoring, heart rate, SpO₂, notifications, alarm management, and device settings — are all available at no cost. In-app purchases may unlock additional features or remove ads depending on the app version.
How do I set up notifications on Fere fit?
To receive phone notifications on your watch through Fere fit: (1) Open Fere fit and ensure your watch is connected. (2) Go to the notification settings section in the app. (3) Toggle on the types of notifications you want forwarded (calls, SMS, WeChat, QQ, Facebook, Twitter, and other apps). (4) On Android, grant notification access permission if prompted (Settings > Notification Access > Fere fit). (5) On iOS, allow notifications in system Settings > Fere fit. Once set up, incoming calls, messages, and app alerts will be pushed to your watch. Note: some notification features may be limited on iOS due to system restrictions compared to Android.
How accurate is the health data measured by Fere fit?
Fere fit health data (steps, heart rate, SpO₂, sleep, blood pressure) relies on optical and accelerometer sensors inside your compatible smartwatch. These are consumer-grade wellness sensors — they provide useful reference data for tracking daily activity trends, but they are not medical-grade instruments. Accuracy is affected by wrist position, skin tone, movement, and individual variations. Steps and calorie tracking offer reasonable relative accuracy for daily goal-setting. Heart rate readings during moderate activity are generally reliable. SpO₂ and blood pressure estimates should be used only as rough indicators, not for medical decisions. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.
Can I use Fere fit to track sleep?
Yes. Fere fit provides sleep tracking through compatible smartwatches. Wear your watch while sleeping to automatically capture sleep data, which is then synced to the Fere fit app when you wake up. The app shows total sleep duration and provides a sleep quality analysis. For best results: keep your phone and watch Bluetooth-connected overnight, wear the watch snugly on your wrist (but not too tight), and charge your watch before sleeping if battery is low. Sleep data is displayed on the app's health dashboard and can be reviewed for daily and weekly trends.
Does Fere fit sync with Apple Health?
Yes. On iOS, Fere fit integrates with Apple Health (HealthKit), allowing health data from your smartwatch to be synced into Apple's centralized health dashboard. To enable the sync: open Fere fit > Settings > find the Apple Health sync option > authorize the connection. Once authorized, step data and other supported health metrics will appear in Apple Health alongside data from other devices and apps. This is useful for users who want to consolidate health data from multiple sources in one place.
What should I do if the Fere fit app is draining my battery?
If Fere fit is consuming excessive battery on your phone or watch: (1) On your phone, restrict Fere fit background activity in battery settings and disable always-on location if not needed for weather. (2) On your watch, reduce the frequency of heart rate and SpO₂ measurements if continuous monitoring is draining watch battery quickly. (3) Ensure the app is updated to the latest version, as updates often include battery optimizations. (4) If using Android, disable battery optimization exceptions for Fere fit only if you need reliable background data sync — otherwise, standard battery management can limit background sync. On iOS, background app refresh settings affect how often Fere fit updates data.

Everything is great beside the gps. I have it permission for tracking and yet it doesn't let me open maps? So what's the point of using it if I can't see where I am on my watch? Can someone explain how I can enable maps in my watch??? The health tracking and step counter work perfectly though.

Just got the watch, good quality and everything seems to work great but only the weather function doesn't work. It still shows Beijing as the location of weather forecast. Hope they fix this soon. All the health tracking features and notifications work perfectly fine.
App Store
I want to change the ringtone of the watch, it has a really annoying sound. Please add this feature. Other than that the app works well for health tracking and connecting notifications to the watch. Step counting and heart rate monitoring are accurate.
App Store
I don't like the ringtone. Please add a new option to change the ringtone. The app itself is decent for daily health tracking — steps, sleep, heart rate all work. Notifications connect well. Would give 4 stars if the ringtone customization was there.
App Store
Solid companion app for my smartwatch. Bluetooth connects reliably and the health data syncs quickly. Sleep tracking is useful and heart rate monitoring seems accurate during workouts. The notification forwarding for calls and messages works without issues. Good free app overall.
Google Play
I gave it four stars only because I had issues connecting to my watch. But once it registered after a few attempts at forgetting the device from Bluetooth then reconnecting it? It works good. The watch still automatically turns off once in a while. But once I turn it back on, it connects to the phone. Download whatever pictures you want from your phone to your watch as a background. Which is pretty cool. And the body readings seem accurate.
Google Play
The app allows only 1 watch face upload and does not save previously downloaded watch faces for later — whenever I want to change the watch face I have to browse the entire online watch face gallery on the app to reupload. Wish I could delete the built-in watch faces and replace them with ones I like. Also wish more watch faces were added on a regular basis.
Google Play
Nice watch, actually water resistant. In-app communication doesn't work reliably. App keeps switching sound to the watch which is annoying. The health tracking basics like step counting and heart rate do work though. Would appreciate better Bluetooth power management.
Google Play
Works great for everyday health monitoring. Connected to my smartwatch easily on first try. The sleep tracking gives me useful data every morning and the step counter matches my phone's pedometer closely. Notifications for calls and WhatsApp come through reliably. Free app, does what it promises.
Google Play
Functional app for basic smartwatch management. Heart rate and SpO₂ readings are available and seem reasonable for a reference device. Sleep data is recorded correctly. My main complaint is occasional sync delays — sometimes need to open the app manually to refresh data. Adequate for the price point.
