The app does what it should. My watch did not come with thorough instructions for the app, but after playing around with it a few days I found it intuitive. I like that it connects to Apple Health. Step tracking and sleep monitoring work well for a budget smartwatch companion.

The watch overall is good for the price. The app has lots of nice features. Unfortunately you have to add different exercises but you can't remove others — e.g. I don't play baseball and other sports. Would be great to have more customization over which sport modes are displayed.

The watch that uses this app is a good watch and functions as advertised. The health data is fairly accurate compared to external devices, although the blood pressure is questionable. Heart rate and step tracking seem reliable for everyday use.

I enjoy using this watch (S1), however I absolutely hate that the alarm clock on my watch rings even though my watch is on vibration only AND do not disturb modes. The alarm should respect the DND settings. Otherwise, health tracking features work as expected.

Great app for my KUMI smartwatch. Pairs quickly and syncs data reliably. The watch face library has a good selection. Heart rate monitoring and sleep tracking work well. Notifications come through without delay. Very happy with this free companion app.

Good app overall. Connects easily to my watch and the data syncing is reliable. The step counter and sleep tracking are particularly useful for my daily routine. Would like to see Google Fit integration added in a future update.

Really good smartwatch companion app. The notification forwarding works perfectly — I get WhatsApp and call alerts on my wrist without any delay. Heart rate data matches pretty closely with my fitness tracker. The sedentary reminder is a nice touch for office workers like me.

Decent app for the smartwatch I bought. Step counting and sleep tracking work fine. The weather feature is useful. My only complaint is that the blood oxygen readings seem inconsistent sometimes. Would rate higher if they improved SpO₂ accuracy and added more language options in the watch faces.

Once paired, the app automatically syncs data in the background and displays daily activity summaries on the home screen.

Watch Face Customization

One of FitCloudPro's most popular features is its dial library with hundreds of watch face designs. You can browse, preview, and install new watch faces directly from the app. Some devices also support uploading custom photos as personalized watch faces.

Smart Notifications

FitCloudPro forwards SMS messages, incoming call alerts, and app notifications (WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE, Facebook, Twitter, and more) from your phone to your smartwatch. You can filter which apps send notifications to the watch.

Smartwatch Management

The app serves as a control hub for watch settings: adjusting brightness and vibration strength, configuring Do Not Disturb mode, managing sedentary and drinking-water reminders, setting smart alarms, and enabling the anti-loss / find-phone feature.

Camera Remote Control

FitCloudPro vs Other Smartwatch Apps

FitCloudPro (package: com.topstep.fitcloudpro) is the official companion app for FitCloud-platform smartwatches manufactured by Hetang Smart and its ODM/OEM partners. It is different from similarly named apps like FitPro (com.fitpro.demo), FitCloudPro+, or Da Fit — each of which supports a different family of smartwatch hardware.

If your watch shows a QR code during initial setup, scan it with your phone's camera to be directed to the correct companion app. Using the wrong app will prevent your watch from pairing.

Is FitCloudPro Safe?

FitCloudPro is published on official app stores (Google Play and Apple App Store) and has been downloaded by tens of millions of users globally. Key safety points:

• Download only from official stores — avoid third-party APK sources that may distribute modified versions
• Permission scope — the app requests Bluetooth, location, contacts, call state, SMS, and notification access permissions. These are needed for core features like Bluetooth scanning, caller ID display, and notification forwarding
