Introduction
FitPro is a free Bluetooth smartwatch companion app developed by Shenzhen Well Fitness Management Technology Co., Ltd. With over 100 million downloads on Google Play, it is one of the most widely used fitness band apps for budget Bluetooth smartwatches worldwide. The FitPro app connects to your smart band or fitness tracker via Bluetooth 4.0, syncing health and activity data directly to your phone.
What Is the FitPro App?
The FitPro application (Google Play package: cn.xiaofengkj.fitpro) is the official companion app for a large ecosystem of budget smartwatches sold under names like Y68, D20, D20 Ultra, D13, M4, M6, and dozens of other unbranded fitness bands. If you purchased an affordable Bluetooth smartwatch without a clearly labeled app, FitPro is often the correct companion app to try.
FitPro serves as the control center for your smartwatch, letting you:
View synced health data (steps, heart rate, sleep, SpO2, blood pressure)
Configure watch settings remotely from your phone
Receive smart notifications from your phone on your watch
Key Features of the FitPro Smart Watch App
Health & Fitness Tracking
Step Counter — Daily step counting with customizable daily goal and sedentary reminders
Heart Rate Monitor — Continuous and on-demand heart rate measurement throughout the day
Sleep Tracking — Automatic detection of deep sleep, light sleep, and awake periods to evaluate your sleep quality
FitPro is a free Bluetooth smartwatch companion app by Shenzhen Well Fitness Management Technology Co., Ltd. It connects to budget smart bands and fitness trackers via Bluetooth 4.0, syncing health data (steps, heart rate, sleep, SpO2) to your phone and pushing notifications from your phone to your watch. With 100M+ downloads, it's one of the most widely used companion apps for affordable smartwatches.
How do I connect my FitPro watch to my phone?
Open the FitPro app and tap 'Find' or 'Bind Device'. Enable Bluetooth on your phone and bring your smartwatch close by. The app will scan and detect your watch automatically. Select it from the list and confirm pairing. On Android 10+, grant Location permission to FitPro, which is required for Bluetooth scanning. If pairing fails, restart both your phone's Bluetooth and the watch, then try again.
How do I change the time on my FitPro watch?
The FitPro watch syncs time automatically from your smartphone when connected via Bluetooth. You cannot set the time manually on the watch. Open the FitPro app, make sure your watch is shown as connected, and the time will update to match your phone's clock and time zone.
Are FitPro watches waterproof?
Most FitPro-compatible smartwatches carry an IP67 water resistance rating, which means they can withstand splashes, sweat, and brief submersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. However, they are not suitable for swimming, showering, or exposure to pressurized water. Always check the IP rating printed on your specific watch model's packaging.
Can the FitPro watch make phone calls?
Most FitPro-compatible watches do not support making or answering calls directly from the watch. The app displays incoming call notifications on the watch screen, and some models let you reject a call with a button press. For actual call functionality, you would need a smartwatch with a built-in speaker and microphone — most budget FitPro-compatible models do not include these.
What smartwatches are compatible with the FitPro app?
FitPro supports a wide range of budget Bluetooth smartwatches, including the Y68, D20, D20 Ultra, D13, M4, M6, T500, T55, and many more unbranded fitness bands that use the same chipset. If your watch came with a QR code pointing to FitPro, or if you purchased an affordable smart band without a branded app, FitPro is the companion app to use. The app does NOT support Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, or other premium brand smartwatches.
Why is my FitPro app crashing or not opening?
Crashing is the most frequently reported FitPro issue. Common fixes: (1) Update to the latest version on Google Play or the App Store. (2) Clear the app's cache: Settings → Apps → FitPro → Storage → Clear Cache. (3) Uninstall and reinstall the app. (4) Ensure your phone has Android 5.0+ or iOS 13.0+. (5) Grant all required permissions (Location, Bluetooth, Notifications) in your phone settings.
How do I change the watch face on my FitPro watch?
Open the FitPro app and go to the Settings tab. Look for 'Dial Settings' or 'Watch Face'. Select from the available face designs and tap to send it to your watch via Bluetooth. Note: if you select a non-default watch face and the watch won't switch, reconnect the watch via the app and retry. Some third-party or unofficial watch face apps may not be compatible.

It does charge, it does turn on, and it does quite a bit fairly well. Despite being low-end technology, it actually provided decent fitness tracking — step counting, heart rate monitoring, blood pressure tracking, and customizable watch faces. For a budget smartwatch companion app, I'm pretty satisfied with what it offers.
I'm loving this piece so far. The sleep tracking info is fantastic and surprisingly accurate. The company responded to my support questions quickly. Physical instructions were hard to read but the app itself worked well. Would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable fitness tracker.

The watch hardware itself works perfectly fine. I've been having some iPhone notification issues but the basic fitness tracking still functions. Once I found the right settings, step counting and heart rate sync worked consistently. It's a decent app for the price of the watch.
App Store
This app is pretty amazing for monitoring health metrics like blood pressure and blood oxygen levels. I'm genuinely impressed with how comprehensive the health tracking features are given the affordable price of the watch. Works reliably every day.
App Store
The watch was very affordable and I can't complain at all. The app delivers solid fitness tracking — steps, heart rate, sleep — and syncs quickly every morning. Excellent value for budget-conscious fitness enthusiasts. Will definitely recommend to friends.
Google Play
It helps me exercise every day. I have asthma and it gives me real-time heart rate readings after physical activity which is really important for me. The app is simple to use and the health monitoring features have genuinely improved how I manage my fitness routine.
Google Play
Works excellently once you enable location and Bluetooth before opening the app and allow all required permissions. Setup was straightforward after that and sync with my smartwatch is seamless. Step tracking and notifications work great. A solid companion app.
Google Play
Works well and was worth every penny for what I paid for the watch. Great for tracking daily steps and sleep patterns. The sleep analysis is more detailed than I expected. Considering the budget price of the smartwatch, this app delivers impressive functionality.
Google Play
App works fine for basic tracking. After figuring out the initial setup (allow all permissions and pair via Bluetooth), everything synced flawlessly. It provides impressive features for a low-end smartwatch. Could use better English translations in some menus, but overall functional.
Google Play
Not bad at all for the price. The app connected quickly to my watch and all the health metrics — heart rate, steps, sleep, blood oxygen — sync reliably. I use it every morning to check my overnight sleep quality. Very happy with this for budget fitness tracking.

Put your smartwatch in pairing mode (usually done by tapping the watch face or checking the watch settings)

Troubleshooting Common Issues
FitPro won't connect to my watch:
Turn Bluetooth off and on again
Force-close the FitPro app and reopen it
Go to Phone Settings → Bluetooth, forget/unpair the watch, then re-pair through the FitPro app
Restart your watch by holding the side button for 5–10 seconds
Ensure Android Location permission is granted to FitPro
FitPro app keeps crashing:
Update to the latest version of the FitPro app. Go to Google Play or App Store and check for updates. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
Sleep tracking is inaccurate:
Make sure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist (not too loose), and that you have enabled sleep monitoring in the FitPro app settings. The watch must remain paired throughout the night.
Watch shows wrong time:
Connect your watch to the FitPro app — the time syncs automatically from your phone when connected via Bluetooth. Make sure your phone's time zone is set correctly.
