The KOSPET FIT app pairs with popular models including the TANK T2, TANK M2, and ROVA STONE T2 rugged smartwatches. It serves as the central hub for syncing, visualizing, and analyzing health and fitness data from your KOSPET smartwatch.
How the KOSPET FIT App Works
The KOSPET FIT app connects to your KOSPET smartwatch via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). Once paired, it continuously syncs health data — steps, distance, calories, heart rate, SpO₂, and sleep stages — from your wearable to your phone. Data is displayed in daily, weekly, and monthly summaries with clear charts and real-time goal progress.
The app also acts as a notification bridge: incoming calls, SMS, and social media alerts (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.) are forwarded to your KOSPET smartwatch. You can customize watch faces, set alarms, configure DND mode, and manage device settings — all from a single interface.
