After facing sync issues, I found a solution: go to Apple Health settings, remove OnePlus Health data access, then re-add it. After that, everything synced perfectly. The app works well for basic tracking — steps, heart rate, and sleep data are all accurate when connected properly.

The app does what it needs to do for basic health tracking with the OnePlus Band. Step counting and heart rate monitoring work fine. Sleep tracking is decent. The main complaint is that the app hasn't been updated in a long time on iOS, which makes me worry about long-term support.

OnePlus Health works okay for the price of the OnePlus Band. Heart rate tracking is reasonably accurate, sleep tracking gives useful insights. The watch face selection is limited but functional. Wish they would update the iOS app more frequently though.

Using with OnePlus Band for 6 months now. The app is simple and straightforward — no bloat, no unnecessary features. Steps, sleep, and heart rate all sync reliably via Bluetooth. Battery life on the band is excellent at around 12-14 days. Good value companion app.

So there are a lot of 1 stars complaining about how the app doesn't work. It works fine but after the recent android 13 update the app will glitch out. It's a simple fix though just go into 'settings-users & accounts' then log out of your OnePlus account. Then after that hold on the app and select 'app info- storage usage' and clear app data. After all that reopen the app and go through the process. Gave this 5 only so it'll hopefully catch attention and help others.

Works well with my OnePlus Band. The heart rate monitoring is decent and Google Fit integration syncs properly. Sleep tracking data is useful. The only issue is occasional Bluetooth disconnection, but reconnecting is quick. For a free companion app, it does the job.

Using this with my OnePlus Watch for swimming tracking. The pool swim mode works adequately — it counts laps and estimates calories. Heart rate tracking during exercise is responsive. The app itself is functional but feels abandoned. Google Fit sync works which is a plus.

OnePlus Health vs OHealth — Which App Do You Need?

This is a common point of confusion for OnePlus users. Here's the clear breakdown:

OHealth is a separate app developed by the OPPO ecosystem (OnePlus's parent company) and supports newer devices with additional features like Health Connect support, Strava integration, 60-second health check-in, and ECG capability. OnePlus Health does not support these newer devices, and OHealth does not support the original OnePlus Band or OnePlus Watch (1st Gen).

OnePlus has been transitioning users toward the OHealth ecosystem for newer devices.
