Introduction
QWatch Pro is a free companion app for budget smartwatches and fitness trackers, developed by Shenzhen Qingcheng Wireless Technology (深圳市青橙无线科技有限公司). With over 1 million downloads on Google Play and availability on iOS, QWatch Pro connects affordable Bluetooth wearables with your smartphone — delivering health monitoring, exercise tracking, smart notifications, and Apple Health integration in one lightweight interface.
Designed for users of QWatch Pro-compatible smartwatches including models like the R3L, TEK-05, and Lexqi H59 (QWatch Pro H59), the app provides practical health features including step counting, sleep analysis, heart rate monitoring, blood pressure tracking, SpO2 monitoring, and 100+ sport modes — all completely free with no subscription.
How QWatch Pro Works
QWatch Pro connects to your smartwatch via Bluetooth 4.0+. Once paired, the app syncs health data — step counts, heart rate readings, sleep records, blood pressure measurements, and workout logs — from your wrist to your phone. Data is displayed in clean daily summaries so you can monitor your activity and health trends over time.
On iOS, QWatch Pro integrates with Apple Health, allowing you to export your exercise data, steps, calories, distance, heart rate, and sleep records to the Health app for a unified view of your health across your devices and apps.
Health & Fitness Tracking
Step Counting & Daily Activity
QWatch Pro records your daily step count, walking distance, and calories burned, helping you stay on top of your activity goals throughout the day.
Sleep Monitoring
The app records your sleep status including deep sleep and light sleep duration. Sleep data syncs automatically from your smartwatch each morning, giving you insights into your rest quality and helping you build healthier sleep habits.
QWatch Pro is a free companion app for budget smartwatches and fitness trackers, developed by Shenzhen Qingcheng Wireless Technology. After pairing your watch via Bluetooth 4.0+, the app serves as your health hub — displaying step counts, walking distance, calorie burns, heart rate data, blood pressure readings, SpO2 measurements, and sleep analysis. It also pushes call alerts, SMS messages, and third-party app notifications from your phone to your watch. On iOS, QWatch Pro integrates with Apple Health to sync your fitness and health data. The app supports 100+ sport modes and GPS trajectory recording for outdoor activities. QWatch Pro is free on both Android (Google Play, 1M+ downloads) and iOS (App Store, ID: 1572827103).
How do I connect QWatch Pro to my smartwatch?
To connect QWatch Pro to your smartwatch: (1) Download QWatch Pro from Google Play (package: com.qcwireless.qcwatch) or the App Store (ID: 1572827103); (2) Open the app and enable Bluetooth on your phone; (3) Enable location services if prompted — required for Bluetooth LE scanning on Android; (4) Power on your smartwatch and make sure it is charged and in pairing mode; (5) In the QWatch Pro app, go to the Device section and tap 'Add Device'; (6) Either scan the QR code from your watch's packaging or search for your device via Bluetooth; (7) Select your watch from the scan list and confirm pairing on both devices. Once connected, grant notification access to enable call and SMS forwarding to your watch.
Which smartwatches are compatible with QWatch Pro?
QWatch Pro is compatible with a range of budget Bluetooth smartwatches and fitness trackers including the R3L, TEK-05, and Lexqi QWatch Pro H59, among others. These are typically sold under various brand names on platforms like Amazon, AliExpress, and local electronics retailers. The easiest way to identify compatibility is to check if your watch's packaging includes a QR code that links to QWatch Pro, or if the manual instructs you to search for 'QWatch Pro' in the app store. The app also supports device identification by QR code scan.
Does QWatch Pro sync with Apple Health?
Yes. On iOS, QWatch Pro integrates with Apple Health. You can synchronize exercise data, step counts, calories burned, exercise distance, heart rate readings, and sleep records directly to the Apple Health app. To enable this: open QWatch Pro, go to Settings, find the Apple Health or HealthKit integration option, and grant permission. Once enabled, data synced from your watch will automatically flow into your Apple Health data. Note that blood pressure data is currently not available to share with Apple Health according to some users.
Why is QWatch Pro not recording steps or syncing data?
Common reasons QWatch Pro stops recording steps or syncing: (1) Bluetooth disconnected — check that your phone's Bluetooth is on and the watch is within range; (2) App not refreshed — force-close and reopen QWatch Pro, then trigger a sync; (3) Watch not worn properly — ensure the watch sits snugly on your wrist for accurate sensor readings; (4) Background app refresh disabled — on iOS, enable Background App Refresh for QWatch Pro in Settings; (5) Location permission missing — on Android, Bluetooth LE scanning requires location permission; (6) Settings reset — some users report the app occasionally forgetting settings after restart; reconfigure notification and measurement preferences; (7) App out of date — check for the latest version in the App Store or Google Play.
How do I set up call and SMS notifications in QWatch Pro?
To receive call and SMS notifications on your smartwatch via QWatch Pro: (1) Open the QWatch Pro app and ensure your watch is connected; (2) Go to the Notification or Message settings section; (3) Enable Call Reminders and SMS Notification toggles; (4) On Android, grant notification access permission if prompted in the phone settings; (5) On iOS, grant notification access for QWatch Pro in Settings > Notifications. For third-party app notifications (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.), enable the specific apps you want in the notification settings. For 'other software' notifications on Android, note that enabling this may cause all app notifications including navigation alerts to be forwarded — configure carefully.
Is QWatch Pro free?
Yes. QWatch Pro is completely free to download and use on both Android and iOS. There are no subscription fees, no premium tiers, and no in-app purchases. All features — step tracking, sleep monitoring, heart rate and SpO2 measurement, blood pressure monitoring, 100+ sport modes with GPS, Apple Health integration, call and SMS notifications, alarm reminders, firmware updates, and contact sync — are available at no cost.
How accurate is the health monitoring in QWatch Pro?
QWatch Pro health measurements use optical and electrical sensors in your paired smartwatch to provide consumer-grade wellness readings. User reviews report that blood pressure and SpO2 readings compare favorably to dedicated medical cuffs and pulse oximeters for general tracking. Heart rate monitoring is generally consistent for resting and moderate-activity readings. Step counting provides good relative accuracy for daily activity trends. As with all consumer wearables, factors like wrist position, skin tone, and movement can affect accuracy. QWatch Pro-compatible devices are wellness tools, not medical devices — all readings are for general reference and should not replace professional medical advice.
How do I update my smartwatch firmware using QWatch Pro?
QWatch Pro supports OTA (over-the-air) firmware updates for compatible devices. When an update is available: (1) Open the QWatch Pro app and connect your watch; (2) Go to Device Settings or the Device section; (3) Look for a Firmware Update or OTA Update option; (4) If an update is available, you'll see a notification or update button; (5) Tap to start the update — keep the watch close to your phone and the screen active during the process; (6) Do not interrupt the Bluetooth connection during the firmware installation. Keeping firmware up to date can improve sensor accuracy, connectivity stability, and add support for new features.
What is the QWatch Pro H59?
The QWatch Pro H59 (also referred to as Lexqi H59 or Lexqi QWatch Pro H59) is one of the specific smartwatch models that uses QWatch Pro as its companion app. It is a budget fitness tracker featuring health monitoring capabilities including heart rate, blood pressure, and SpO2 measurements, along with step counting and sleep tracking. Like other QWatch Pro-compatible devices, it pairs with the QWatch Pro app via Bluetooth to sync health data to your smartphone. If you own an H59 watch, download QWatch Pro from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) to set it up.

This tracker was great for the first 5 days or so, but today, I open the app to check steps etc. and it immediately closes. UPDATE: checked App Store and there was an update to fix bugs so updated — app is working fine now. The BP and O2 readings are extremely accurate compared to my cuff and O2 monitor. Added benefits of watching steps. By watching my pulse and pacing, I'm now getting 6288 steps on day 5. Love the stress level tracking too!

I purchased one of these great watches then ordered two more to keep on hand. The watch usually lasts at least two years before needing replacement — amazing durability for the rough treatment it goes through. They can get wet with no problem. I love this watch! Thanks, Beth
App Store
Needed a free app that can track my sleep, workouts, stress levels, etc. and this app can handle all of it. The best part is, I don't have to pay a monthly subscription!
App Store
The band is great but the app does not do a good job of certain things. It separates my sleep into sleep stats and a separate nap category that doesn't incorporate into total sleep. Blood pressure is not an option to share with Apple Health which is strange. Great band with a mediocre app. I'm keeping it as on balance it's worth it, but I'd love to see more functionality and options.
App Store
I bought this watch specifically for the blood pressure monitor. This app should be able to save settings — every time I change settings, it doesn't save. I also think it should be able to print out the information so I can provide it to my doctor.
Google Play
This is a great reliable little application. It has NO ads, and is very stable. My only suggestion is to allow for the creation of CSV files containing collected health data (heart rate, O2 saturation, etc.) that the user can download to a laptop or desktop computer. Five star rating.
Google Play
OK-ish for basic stuff. However no notifications for Outlook among other things unless you switch 'other software' to on — the problem then is you get Google Maps turn-by-turn navigation on your watch with no way to turn it off. WhatsApp group notifications also come through twice.
Google Play
QWatch Pro works well for daily health tracking. Step counting is accurate and sleep analysis gives good breakdowns of deep vs light sleep. Heart rate monitoring seems reliable — I compared it to my gym's chest strap and values were close. The Apple Health sync on my iPhone is the biggest plus. No subscription fee is great.
Google Play
The 100+ sport modes are impressive for a free app. Running mode with GPS tracking works well for my morning jogs. Blood pressure readings are consistent with my arm cuff. Call notifications come through reliably. Battery life on the watch is solid — lasts 5-7 days easily. Good value overall.
Google Play
Decent companion app for the price of the watch. Basic health features work fine — steps, sleep, heart rate all sync properly. The SpO2 monitoring is a useful bonus feature. My main complaint is that the app occasionally forgets my notification settings and I have to reconfigure them after restarting. Would like to see more watch face options.
