Set up was straightforward — downloaded the app, turned on Bluetooth and the watch paired in about a minute. Notifications for calls and messages work well. Step tracking is reasonably accurate for everyday walking. Would love more watch face options but overall happy with the app for the price of the watch.

The sleep tracking and step counter both work but the heart rate readings can be inconsistent. Occasionally the app shows blank data pages when I first open it — a restart usually fixes it. The watch face customization is a nice touch. Decent free app for what it does, just needs a bit more polish.

Been using this with my Reflex Active Series 23 for a few months. The activity tracking is good and the sedentary reminders actually help me move during long work days. The Apple Health sync works once you grant permissions properly. UI is clean and easy to navigate. Would give 5 stars if Bluetooth connection was more stable.

Just purchased a 30 series on a Tui flight. The app is easy to navigate and connected to my phone easily. Note to users to help setup/functionality: Step goals are on a rotating scroll. To change the goal, simply swipe up or down on the green box. If steps aren't working or appear inaccurate, try changing the step length in your profile. Shorter is probably better, as the default 83cm is quite long for everyday count.
