Introduction
TFit (also styled as TFIT) is a free smartwatch companion app for smart sports bracelets and smartwatches, developed by Shenzhen TJD Information Technology Co. LTD (also known as TENG JINDA / Microease). With over 1 million downloads on Google Play, TFit bridges budget Bluetooth wearables with your smartphone — delivering health tracking, watch face customization, and smart call & SMS notifications in one simple interface.
Designed for users of budget and mid-range TFit-compatible smartwatches and smart bands, the app delivers practical fitness and health features including blood pressure monitoring, heart rate tracking, sleep analysis, and a large selection of watch face dials — all without a subscription fee.
How TFit Works
TFit connects to your smartwatch or smart bracelet via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). Once paired, the app continuously syncs health data — step counts, heart rate readings, blood pressure measurements, sleep records, and workout logs — from your wrist to your phone. You can view your data in daily, weekly, and monthly summaries.
The app also acts as a notification bridge: incoming calls, SMS messages, and app notifications are forwarded from your phone to your watch, so you stay connected without constantly checking your phone.
Health & Fitness Tracking
Step Counting & Daily Activity
TFit records your daily step count, walking distance, and calories burned, comparing them against your personal daily goals. Real-time step display updates dynamically so you can monitor your activity throughout the day.
Sleep Monitoring
The app provides sleep quality tracking, recording total sleep duration and breaking it into deep sleep, light sleep, and awake periods. Weekly sleep reports help you visualize your sleep trends over time and make adjustments to improve rest quality.
TFit (also styled as TFIT) is a free smartwatch companion app developed by Shenzhen TJD Information Technology Co. LTD (also known as TENG JINDA). It is designed to pair with budget and mid-range Bluetooth smart bracelets and smartwatches via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). Once paired, the app serves as your health dashboard: it displays step counts, walking distance, calorie burns, heart rate history, blood pressure readings, and sleep stage breakdowns. It also acts as a notification bridge — forwarding incoming calls, SMS messages, and app alerts from your phone to your watch. TFit is free on both Android (Google Play, 1M+ downloads) and iOS (App Store).
How do I connect TFit to my smartwatch?
To connect TFit to your smartwatch: (1) Download TFit from Google Play (package: com.tjd.lefun) or the App Store (ID: 1455961900); (2) Open the app and enable Bluetooth on your phone; (3) Enable location services if prompted (required for BLE scanning on some devices); (4) Power on your smartwatch and ensure it is in pairing mode; (5) In the TFit app, go to the Device section and tap to search for devices; (6) Select your watch from the Bluetooth scan list; (7) Confirm the pairing on both your phone and watch. Once connected, grant notification access when prompted to enable call and SMS forwarding.
Why is TFit not connecting to my watch?
Common TFit connection issues and fixes: (1) Bluetooth is off — make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone, then force-close and reopen TFit. (2) Watch is out of range — keep phone and watch within 1–2 meters during initial pairing. (3) Location services — on Android, Bluetooth LE scanning requires location permission; enable it in phone settings. (4) Re-pairing needed — remove the watch from TFit and from your phone's Bluetooth settings, then re-pair from scratch. (5) App not updated — check for the latest TFit version on the Play Store or App Store. (6) Device restart — power off both your phone and smartwatch, then restart both and try again. (7) Incompatible device — TFit only works with genuine TFit-compatible bracelets; counterfeit or off-spec devices may fail to connect.
Which smartwatches are compatible with TFit?
TFit works with a range of TFit-compatible Bluetooth smart bracelets and smartwatches. These are typically budget to mid-range wearable devices sold under various brand names on platforms like Amazon, AliExpress, or local electronics markets. If your watch's packaging shows a QR code that leads to TFit, or the manual instructs you to search for 'TFit' in the app store, this is the correct companion app. Important: TFit is specifically designed for genuine TFit-compatible devices — the official website warns that counterfeit or non-compatible watches may not work properly.
Does TFit support blood pressure monitoring?
Yes. TFit supports blood pressure monitoring for compatible smart bracelet models that include a blood pressure sensor. The app displays real-time and historical blood pressure readings alongside other health metrics like heart rate. However, like all consumer-grade wearable blood pressure measurements, these readings are for general wellness reference only and should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions. Always consult a healthcare professional for accurate blood pressure assessment.
Does TFit support sleep tracking?
Yes. TFit provides sleep monitoring for supported smartwatch models. It records your total sleep duration and breaks it into deep sleep, light sleep, and awake periods. You can view daily sleep stats and weekly reports to track your sleep quality over time. For best accuracy, wear your smartwatch while sleeping and keep your phone's Bluetooth connected. Note that sleep tracking accuracy varies by watch model and sensor quality.
Is TFit free?
Yes, TFit is completely free to download and use on both Android and iOS. There are no subscription fees, no premium tiers, and no in-app purchases. All features — step tracking, sleep monitoring, heart rate, blood pressure, watch face customization, call & SMS notifications, and device management — are available at no cost.
How do I change watch faces in TFit?
TFit offers a large selection of watch face dials. To change your watch face: (1) Open TFit and make sure your smartwatch is connected; (2) Navigate to the watch face or dial selection section (usually in Device settings); (3) Browse the available watch face designs; (4) Select the one you want and tap to sync it to your watch. The new watch face will be downloaded and applied to your smartwatch. Some watch faces may take a moment to transfer via Bluetooth.
How do I set up call and SMS notifications in TFit?
To enable call and SMS notifications in TFit: (1) Make sure your watch is paired and connected in the app; (2) Open TFit and go to the notification or device settings section; (3) Enable 'Call Reminder' or 'Phone Notification'; (4) Enable 'SMS Notification'; (5) On your phone, when prompted, grant TFit access to notifications. On Android, you may need to go to Settings > Notifications > Notification Access and enable TFit. On iOS, allow notification permissions when the app first requests them. Once set up, incoming calls and SMS will vibrate and display on your watch screen.
What is the difference between TFit (smartwatch app) and TFit Training or T FIT (gym)?
There are several apps with similar names: (1) TFit / TFIT — the smartwatch companion app by TENG JINDA / Shenzhen TJD for connecting smart sports bracelets, which is the subject of this page; (2) Tfit Training — a coaching and personalized workout platform by Tina Triguero with subscription model; (3) T FIT (Brazil) — a gym member app for EVO platform gym users. If you purchased a smart bracelet or smartwatch and need a companion app, TFit (com.tjd.lefun) is the correct one.

The watch quality is decent for the price. My main complaints are the settings revert to default after a while, and the weather only shows in Celsius. Would be great to have Fahrenheit option. Blood pressure feature is a nice bonus though.

Build quality is surprisingly good for a budget watch. The app works for basic tracking. My issue is settings keep resetting and measurements default to metric. Heart rate monitoring seems accurate when compared to other devices.
App Store
App works well for what it does. The watch face selection is impressive — lots of designs to choose from. Step counting and sleep tracking are reliable. Notifications come through consistently. Good value for a free app.

I use this mainly for blood pressure and heart rate monitoring throughout the day. The app syncs data reliably and the daily/weekly charts help me track trends. Call notifications work great. Wish the UI was more modern looking.

Great app for my TFit bracelet. Blood pressure monitoring is what sold me. Notifications work well — calls, SMS, WhatsApp all come through. The watch face selection is huge. Battery-friendly app that doesn't drain my phone.

App does its job for basic health tracking. Steps, heart rate, and sleep monitoring are all functional. The blood pressure feature is a nice addition. Connection can be finicky sometimes but overall works fine for the price.

Paired my bracelet in under a minute. All the basic features work — step counting, heart rate, sleep tracking. The call and message notifications are the main reason I use it. Weather display on the watch is handy. Free and no ads, can't complain.

TFit does what it promises. I track my steps and sleep daily. The heart rate readings look reasonable. Notification forwarding for calls and SMS is the killer feature for me. App is simple and easy to use, even for non-tech people.

Surprisingly capable for a free app. Watch face variety is great — my kids love changing designs. Health monitoring covers all basics: steps, sleep, heart rate, blood pressure. Bluetooth connection stays stable most of the time. Recommended for budget smartwatch owners.
