Introduction
VeryFitPro is the official companion app for a wide range of affordable smartwatches and fitness bands — including popular models sold under the LETSCOM, Yamay, Willful, Lintelek, ID115, ID115Pro, and ID115U HR brand names. Developed by Shenzhen DO Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市爱都科技有限公司), VeryFitPro is available for free on both Google Play (package: com.veryfit2hr.second) and the Apple App Store (ID: 1176428281), and has been installed over 10 million times worldwide.
The VeryFitPro app connects to your wearable via Bluetooth 4.0 and serves as a centralized dashboard for all your health and activity data: daily steps, distance, calorie burn, heart rate, and sleep patterns. It is designed to be lightweight, straightforward, and data-focused — making it one of the most widely used generic fitness tracker companions for budget-friendly smartwatches.
How VeryFitPro Works
After downloading the VeryFitPro application from Google Play or the App Store, you pair it with your smartwatch or band using your phone's Bluetooth:
Charge your device fully before first use.
Open VeryFitPro, go to the "Device" tab, and tap "Bind Device."
The app scans for nearby Bluetooth devices — select your watch model from the list.
Grant required permissions: location access, notification access, background activity, and Apple Health / Google Fit sync if desired.
Once paired, data syncs automatically over Bluetooth whenever the app is running.
The main dashboard displays your daily step count with calories burned and distance. Separate tabs provide detailed heart-rate trend graphs, sleep analysis charts, and workout summaries.
VeryFitPro QR Code tip: Many VeryFitPro-compatible watches ship with a QR code printed in the manual that points directly to the app download page. You can scan this code to install VeryFitPro quickly without searching manually.

What is the VeryFitPro app and which devices does it support?
VeryFitPro is a free fitness tracking companion app developed by Shenzhen DO Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. It is designed for a large range of affordable smartwatches and fitness bands sold under various brand names, including LETSCOM, Yamay, Willful, Lintelek, ID115, ID115 HR, ID115Pro, ID115U HR, and many other rebadged smart bands and watches that share the same hardware platform. The app works by pairing to your device via Bluetooth 4.0 and syncing activity, heart rate, and sleep data to your phone. It is available for free on Google Play (Android 7.0+) and the Apple App Store (iOS 11.0+). If your smartwatch manual says to download "VeryFitPro" via QR code or manual search, this is the app to install.
How do I connect VeryFitPro to my phone?
To connect VeryFitPro to your smartwatch or fitness band: (1) Charge your device fully before pairing. (2) Enable Bluetooth on your phone. (3) Install VeryFitPro from Google Play or the App Store. (4) Open the app and tap the 'Device' tab, then select 'Bind Device' (or 'Pair Device'). (5) The app will scan for nearby Bluetooth devices — wake your watch's screen if needed. (6) Select your device model from the list and confirm the pairing. (7) Grant all requested permissions: Bluetooth, location access, notification access, and background activity permission — all of these are required for full functionality. Once paired, data syncs automatically when Bluetooth is active and the app is running in the background.
Why is my VeryFitPro app not connecting or syncing?
Common reasons VeryFitPro fails to connect: (1) Bluetooth is disabled on your phone — ensure it is turned on. (2) The watch battery is too low — charge it fully and retry. (3) The app has been killed by the phone's battery optimization — go to phone settings and exclude VeryFitPro from battery saver or background kill lists. (4) The watch is out of Bluetooth range — keep your phone within about 10 meters. (5) The device is paired to a different phone — unbind it first in the old device's app, then rebind on the new phone. (6) The app needs reinstalling — try clearing the app cache, then uninstall and reinstall. (7) A previous failed pairing — in VeryFitPro's device tab, select 'Unbind Device' and start a fresh pairing. On your phone's Bluetooth settings, forget the watch first and then reconnect from within the app.
How does VeryFitPro track sleep?
VeryFitPro tracks sleep automatically using the accelerometer in your smartwatch or band to detect periods of inactivity and low movement. The app classifies sleep into three stages: deep sleep, light sleep, and awake periods. Once you put on your watch before bed and keep it on through the night, VeryFitPro will automatically identify your sleep window and generate a sleep analysis chart showing the breakdown of sleep stages and total sleep duration. For best accuracy: wear the device snugly on your wrist, ensure Bluetooth is connected so data syncs to the app, and keep the app active in the background. The sleep data appears in the Sleep section of the app after syncing the next morning. To activate sleep mode manually on some devices: long press the button or swipe to the sleep mode icon on the watch.
How do I change the time on my VeryFitPro watch?
The time on a VeryFitPro-compatible watch is synchronized automatically from your phone — you cannot change it directly on the watch. To update the time: (1) Make sure the correct time and time zone are set on your phone (check Settings > General > Date & Time on iOS, or Settings > Date & Time on Android). (2) Open the VeryFitPro app and ensure your watch is connected via Bluetooth (check the device tab for a connected status). (3) The app will sync the current time to the watch automatically when connected. If the time is still wrong after a time zone change or daylight saving adjustment, try opening VeryFitPro, going to the Device tab, and tapping 'Sync' or reconnecting the device. This forces a fresh time sync from your phone to the watch.
Does VeryFitPro sync with Google Fit or Apple Health?
Yes. VeryFitPro supports syncing with both Google Fit (Android) and Apple Health / HealthKit (iOS). To enable Google Fit sync: open VeryFitPro, go to Settings > Third-party App Sync, and toggle on Google Fit. Grant the necessary permissions when prompted. To enable Apple Health sync on iOS: go to the VeryFitPro app settings, find the Apple Health option, and toggle it on, then allow the required health data categories (steps, calories, heart rate, sleep) in your iPhone's Health app permissions. Once enabled, VeryFitPro will write activity, heart rate, sleep, and workout data to these platforms every time it syncs with your watch. Note: syncing to Strava directly is not supported natively — you would need to export data manually or use a third-party connector.
How do I reset my VeryFitPro watch?
To reset a VeryFitPro-compatible watch, you can either do a soft reset (restart) or a factory reset from within the watch menu. The exact steps vary by model, but typically: (1) Soft reset — press and hold the side button for 5–10 seconds until the screen turns off and restarts. (2) Factory reset via watch — navigate to Settings > Reset or System > Factory Reset on your watch. This varies by model; consult your device manual. (3) Factory reset via app — in VeryFitPro, go to the Device tab, tap your connected watch, and look for a 'Restore factory settings' or 'Reset' option. Note that a factory reset will erase all data stored on the watch. After resetting, re-pair the watch to VeryFitPro from scratch using the bind device flow.
What is the VeryFitPro QR code and where do I find it?
Many smartwatches and fitness bands that use VeryFitPro include a QR code in the product manual or packaging. This QR code is a shortcut to download the VeryFitPro app from Google Play or the App Store without having to search manually. Simply scan the QR code with your phone's camera app and you will be directed to the correct app store listing for VeryFitPro. If you no longer have the manual, you can find VeryFitPro directly: on Android, search 'VeryFitPro' in Google Play (by Smart Wearable Devices, package ID: com.veryfit2hr.second). On iOS, search 'VeryFitPro' in the App Store (App Store ID: 1176428281) by Shenzhen DO Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
What is the difference between VeryFit and VeryFitPro?
VeryFit and VeryFitPro are two companion apps from the same developer (Shenzhen DO Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.) that support different generations of their wearable device lineup. VeryFitPro (this app) is the original companion for older and mid-range smart bands and watches such as the ID115, ID115Pro, ID115U HR, and many rebadged devices by LETSCOM, Yamay, Willful, and similar brands. VeryFit is the newer app designed for more advanced watch lines that support 100+ exercise modes and features like VO2 Max and advanced health metrics. If your device manual instructs you to download VeryFitPro, install VeryFitPro. Do not confuse the two apps — pairing the wrong app to your device may result in the watch not appearing or not connecting properly.
Is VeryFitPro free? Are there in-app purchases?
Yes — VeryFitPro is completely free to download and use. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or premium tiers. All core features — step tracking, heart rate monitoring, sleep analysis, sports modes, smart notifications, Google Fit/Apple Health integration — are available at no cost. The app's business model is tied to the hardware: it functions only when paired with compatible smartwatches and fitness bands. There are no hidden fees or paywalls for accessing your own health data. This makes VeryFitPro one of the most accessible fitness tracking solutions for budget-friendly wearable users who want a functional companion app without ongoing costs.
Is VeryFitPro safe? What data does it collect?
VeryFitPro is a legitimate app from Shenzhen DO Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and has been available on Google Play and the App Store since 2016. Like most fitness apps, it collects health and activity data including steps, heart rate, sleep, calories, and GPS location during workouts. According to its privacy policy, this data may be shared with third-party health platforms (Google Fit, Apple Health) at your request. The app requires Bluetooth, location access (used for GPS workout tracking and Bluetooth scanning), and notification access (to forward notifications to the watch). Data is described as encrypted in transit. Community discussions note that, as with any fitness app from a Chinese developer, users concerned about data privacy should review the privacy policy at http://www.youduoyun.com/veryfitpro/privacyPolicy_2.html and consider which permissions to grant. The app's App Store listing notes it may use your location even when not open.

So I've had mine for approximately 24 hours now. My coworker has a couple of Fitbit devices we compared side by side and the interface on the device looks nearly identical. There are a few additional functions on this that are pretty cool that are not on the Fitbit! I especially like the picture taking function and the ability to skip forward, backward and pause songs on the Bluetooth connected device. The heart rate monitor and the sleep rate monitors work well and I liked the details you can view on the graphs in the app. So the cons: if you allow the GPS function to be turned on, you will have to keep your phone on you to track your steps. The app has a lot of tools in it and it's nice. But so far I think it's worth the money spent!

For the price? People can't complain. We knew what we were getting when we opted for the $40 fitness watch vs the $200 Fitbit. The app DOES record my sleep (awake, light and deep state), it does record my steps, notifications DO work, music control DOES work and it displays time and date. That's enough for me. I've showered with it with zero damage. Overall it works for what I need as a budget tracker.

This watch has been my favorite up until about a week ago. Those of you commenting that it doesn't track your runs — it does, but it has touchy Bluetooth connections and the map won't show properly unless your phone is with you at all times. I've loved this app and I know it can be a wee bit faulty sometimes. You should check calories on a free calculator website if doing HIIT since the calories are underestimated for high-intensity sessions. But for walks and yoga it's accurate. For the price point it's an adorable and functional fitness watch.
App Store
Easy setup and syncs well with Apple Health. The sleep tracking is surprisingly useful — I can see my deep vs light sleep breakdown every morning. Heart rate monitoring has been consistent with what I measured manually. Perfect companion app for an affordable fitness band. The interface is clean and straightforward — no bloat, just the data I need.
App Store
Works reliably for step counting and basic health tracking. The Google Fit / Apple Health integration is a great bonus — all my data goes into one place. Sleep tracking works as advertised: woke up with a full breakdown of deep and light sleep. Main limitation is that data sync can be slow sometimes. But for a free app supporting a $30 fitness band, I can't really complain. Does what it says on the tin.
Google Play
I've been using VeryFitPro for 6 months with my LETSCOM band and it works well for daily tracking. The step counter is accurate enough, sleep tracking actually improved my sleep hygiene because I can see objectively how much rest I'm getting. Google Fit sync is a great feature — all my health data in one dashboard. The heart rate graph over time is genuinely useful for spotting high-stress days. Solid app for what it costs.
Google Play
App is straightforward and does the basics well. Paired easily with my Willful fitness band. Daily steps and calories are consistent. Sleep tracking is a nice feature — showing deep vs light sleep helped me realize I was sleeping much lighter than I thought. The heart rate graphs could have more detail, but for a free app paired with a budget band, it gets the job done. Would appreciate faster sync speeds.
Google Play
Clean interface, easy to read. The sleep analysis is my favorite feature — seeing my deep sleep percentage helps me understand why I wake up tired some mornings. The sedentary reminder is useful to keep me moving during desk work. Notifications forward reliably to my band. Works with my ID115 Pro. Connection occasionally drops but reconnects automatically. Good app for the price point of these devices.
Google Play
VeryFitPro covers the essentials: steps, heart rate, sleep. The app layout is logical and easy to navigate. I especially like the weekly trend charts for heart rate — you can see your resting HR improving over time with regular exercise. The smart alarm vibration wake-up is a nice touch. Sync can be inconsistent in the background, but opening the app manually always triggers a fresh sync. Decent free companion for budget fitness bands.
Google Play
Been using this with my Yamay band for about three months. Heart rate monitoring is surprisingly accurate compared to a chest strap — within a few beats per minute during moderate exercise. The remote camera feature is fun and actually useful for solo photos. Sleep data syncs every morning and the app never crashes. Apple Health integration works perfectly on my iPhone. For a no-cost app supporting an affordable wearable, VeryFitPro delivers solid value.

The VeryFitPro app covers five essential health metrics:
1. Activity & Step Tracking
VeryFitPro records your daily steps, distance covered, and calories burned throughout the day. Data updates when your band syncs, and detailed graphs show daily and weekly trends, helping you track progress toward your step goals.
2. Heart Rate Monitoring
Continuous and on-demand heart rate monitoring is a cornerstone of the VeryFitPro experience. The app displays resting heart rate, average heart rate, and maximum heart rate across the day. For supported devices, heart rate is also captured during workouts and shown against fat-burn and cardio zones.
3. Sleep Tracking
VeryFitPro automatically detects sleep periods and classifies them into deep sleep, light sleep, and awake time. The sleep analysis screen shows total sleep duration, sleep stages, and an overall quality summary — valuable for users looking to understand and improve their rest.
4. Sports Modes & Workout Logging
For supported watch models, VeryFitPro provides sports mode tracking for walking, running, cycling, and other activities. Recorded metrics include duration, distance, calories, heart rate throughout the session, and (on GPS-capable phones) route maps of runs and walks.
5. Smart Notifications & Reminders
The app forwards call alerts, SMS, email, WeChat, QQ, and other app notifications to your wrist. It also supports sedentary reminders that vibrate after extended sitting periods, and smart alarms that trigger at the optimal lighter-sleep stage to minimize grogginess.
Additional Features
Beyond health metrics, VeryFitPro includes several everyday convenience tools depending on your connected device:
Remote Camera Shutter — Tap your band to trigger the phone camera, perfect for group photos without a timer.
Music Control — Skip tracks, pause, or play music on your phone directly from your wrist.
Find Phone — Make your phone ring or vibrate while it's within Bluetooth range.
Weather Display — Push local weather data to your watch face (requires location permission).
Platform Integrations
VeryFitPro syncs with two major health platforms:
Google Fit (Android) — Activity, heart rate, sleep, and sports data can be shared with Google Fit so it appears alongside other health metrics in a single timeline.
Apple Health / HealthKit (iOS) — Steps, calories, heart rate, and sleep data write directly to Apple Health, making them accessible to any compatible iOS app that reads from HealthKit.
Who Uses VeryFitPro?
VeryFitPro is primarily used by people who purchased budget-friendly smart bands or watches and want a reliable app to organize and visualize their health data. Because many low-cost wearables sold under various brand names share the same hardware platform developed by Shenzhen DO Intelligent Technology, they all use VeryFitPro or the newer VeryFit app as their primary companion.
The app is intentionally simple — it does not offer guided workouts, subscription plans, or AI coaching. For users who want basic fitness data without monthly fees or a cluttered interface, it delivers exactly what it promises: an accessible, data-centric view of daily health metrics.
VeryFitPro vs. VeryFit — What's the Difference?
Many users search for the difference between VeryFit and VeryFitPro. The distinction is primarily about device generation:
VO2 Max, advanced sports modes, expanded health metrics
If your watch's manual specifically says "VeryFitPro," use the VeryFitPro app. Newer devices may be designed for the updated VeryFit app instead.
Note: VeryFitPro is not a medical device application. All health data provided is for general fitness and wellness awareness. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.
