I like my watch; style, weight, functions are all great. But this app is lacking important features: 1- It doesn't transfer my step count or other days to Apple Health app which I use for other apps like WeightWatchers. 2- The standard dial-faces don't show much data, so I purchased 2 new dials. On most of them, the time font is huge and all other text is very small and hard to read. The app needs Apple Health integration and better watch face text scaling.

If you are a totally blind user like myself you cannot easily use this watch with an iPhone. The app works but you can't connect via the app and can't do things easily because you need to set it up in your native language first. In English, we ought to be able to choose our native language without needing to navigate through Japanese or other languages first. Accessibility for screen reader users needs significant improvement.

I bought another watch off TikTok that uses a different app and their watch faces are phenomenal as a VIP member. The Wearfit Pro watch faces are a little cheesy. The maps could use more metric system support — when using Fahrenheit to Celsius conversions, the measurements are off. That said, the watch itself works well and the app connects reliably. Would benefit from more premium watch face options.

The watch is nice, but trying to register for an account is an absolute headache. The app screen gets stuck on the step count age profile and won't move forward no matter how many times I click, refresh, or exit. The QR scan simply does not open. After three attempts I eventually got it working by reinstalling the app and using a different WiFi network. Works fine once you get past the registration process.

Hello, I use the x8 blus ultra watch, and when adding a new watch face, I want to add a custom face, but the custom face section does not have many options to help me add a picture from my phone or add beautiful icons. I recommend adding more options to the custom face section so users can personalize their watch displays more freely. Overall the app works well for health tracking.
